Self care routine is good so that you can ensure that your body is getting the physical and mental rest that it deserve. As an athlete you have to toil hard to be at your best and pursue your stunt, but if you don’t put your self Care first you’re performance in cheerleading will go down.

              DRINK A LOT OF WATER

Drinking plenty of water is crucial for athletes.

Drinking water helps to replenish their body after workout or practice. Many athletes forget that they need to stay hydrated in order to perform their best, when it comes to your body put yourself care routine first. The best way to do that is by drinking water, which is essential for muscle function and energy production. You have to drink water regularly even if you don’t feel thirsty.

While trying to balance your practices, school and home life, sometimes it gets too much and you start losing sight of the whole thing you wanted to be and succeed in your goals.

You will start by losing your motivation and feeling discriminated against. The best thing to face it and Boost up again is inspiration. You can inspire yourself back by doing something you saw and you want to become like that in future or a sport you watched that motivated you in doing it.


Sometimes it’s hard to manage life, school and cheerleading and other cases. You don’t have time to relax, sometimes it’s good to give your body and mind space to relax because it’s very important.

You can even spend time doing  something you enjoy which will help you unwind, or you can go for a walk for fresh air and gentle exercise which will help you clear your mind and reduce stress so that you can be refreshed for the next day.


Spend time perfecting your skills through practice, the more you do it the more you gain confidence, and prepared you will feel when it’s time to shower cases your ability.

Define what you want to achieve with your skills and set clear goals for your self. Feel more prepared to showcase your talent.
