WAYS TO EFFECTIVELY STRETCH YOUR MUSCLE S

The muscles in your body are very important, they always play a great role in your body.

muscles are the ones that help you cheer, dance and other activities that require movements.

The reason they are important is if they get strained or overworked they affect the whole body and in order to prevent this from happening it’s good to stretch them regularly.

          START WITH A WARM -UP EXERCISE

The first thing to perform is, do a warm up exercise which will help loosen muscle so that when you do the stretch they won’t be tight, you can perform a cheer dance.

What you need is to stand with one leg, both your hands beside you and slowly step sideways over and over on the same leg when you are ready to switch feet, do it by bringing your other leg up and stepping sideways with one too. Do it for about 30 sec.

       DON’T FORCE ANYTHING TOO HARD

While stretching you should not force yourself too hard because it can lead to injuries, when stretching you have to be in a comfortable position when performing it and also you have to always listen to what your body wants

If you become less comfortable when performing, then you can stop and do it next time or choose another stretch to do it.

      INCREASE REGULARITY WITH A STRONG ROUTINE 

Stretching routine helps increase regularity by doing the same stretch every now and then the muscles always become used to it and more effective. By doing this it will help you improve your performance and also it will help prevent a lot of injuries too.

          REMEMBER TO KEEP BREATHING

When you are performing the stretches it’s important to take a deep breath which will help in blood circulation and flow, you can inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth as you perform each stretch.
